Air form: As a micro dust particle he can create a huge,neurotoxin mist that can cause hallucinations to those who inhale or even come in contact with it. A very useful tool to manipulate and distract his opponents,or as a mean of escape when necessary.

Liquid form: He's able to coat the edge of his "fangs" with a poisonous,flesh eating toxin.This serves as an added insurance to finish off those who's he's cut but not killed yet.He can also use this liquid to poison drinks and such for assassinations contracts.

Amazing footwork : As a result of harsh training taken upon himself, he's agility and pace let's him get the edge on speed over most of his opponents.

High Radiation and toxin resistance: Cyclops lives and breathes all forms of toxins and other impurities,making him able to comfortably survive in environment that would be deemed a "Bio Hazard zone"for most people.

Weaknesses:

Gas mask: Due to Cyclops's toxic anatomy he's unable to breathe let alone survive in a toxic free environment,hence he depends on his Gas mask to filter the air for him.So if his Gas mask somehow gets damaged or malfunctions he'll be a sitting duck.

Vulnerable to Anti-toxins: Much like how toxins will make any normal person very sick, antitoxins have a similar effect on Cyclops.Which is why he hates hospitals.

Cyclops is sort of guy that likes to keep to himself and stays as low key as possible, avoiding any sort of events or affairs that doesn't concern him.Due to his introvert nature he spends most of his time traveling alone through the wastelands and picking up contracts when he needs the money, only conversing at all when there's something to be gained.Unlike most of the citizens of the Wastelands he doesn't care too much about the racial and political affairs at arises around him and places his loyalty upon those who can pay him the highest.Like a rabid mutt,once he takes on a contract he won't stop till the job is done,unless he's instructed to do so otherwise.

Unlike the way he carries out his contracts however, he's a real slob when it comes to most things, which is why he can never keep track of all the things he owns.His cynical behavior makes him seem like a ruthless thug but deep down he's got a soft spot in him,as he knows just as much as the next person how hard life can be in the wastelands so he helps out those who are in real need of help without hesitation and gives away most of the contract money get gets to the peasant tarnishes he meets along his journey.When he's not busying himself with contracts or anything of the sort, he spends most of his time mutant hunting.Which helpings him keep in practice and kill some time as well,making it almost a hobby. And like all people who keep to themselves too much he's quite the closet pervert,having an insane collection of porn from his travels.

Additional information:

-His family used to be part of a community of absolutes,where they were never trusted and looked down upon. Soon after they were executed for being suspected to being behind the poisoning of the water supply, which was in fact polluted by toxic wastes from a nearby Absolute Chemical factory.
